Academic Positions

At Matriarch Global Academy, Teachers are the HEROS. We ensure that all our teachers are comfortable enough to ensure that they can give 110% of their effort in helping the students learn the necessary skills to lead in life.

For the right teacher, compensation is no-bar, and in most cases well above the industry standard. Apart from the salary portion, a variety of benefits are also available to the deserving teacher.

We take special care in our recruitment process, and it is outlined below:

Step 1	Interested candidates sends in a detailed resumes, and a copy of the credentials to Matriarch Global Academy
	Step 1a	Along with the resume the candidate sends in the following documents:
	Step 1b	A reference from someone known - preferably a coworker or teacher
	Step 1c	Position for which the candidate is applying for
	Step 1d	WE WILL READ EVERY SINGLE LINE OF YOUR RESUME to know about your capabilities and we encourage you to provide us as much information as possible
Step 2	A team of teachers, educators carefully examine every resume that they have received and schedule interviews for a short-list
	Step 2a	A telephonic interview is conducted with the short-listed candidate
	Step 2b	Candidates who pass the telephonic interview are invited for a direct interview.
Step 3	Candidates will go through a mandatory 6 step process
	Step 3a	A tour of the school - its mission, purpose and expectations
	Step 3b	A statement of purpose
	Step 3c	One-on-one interview with the interview panel
	Step 3d	A combined interview with the panel
	Step 3e	An interview with the school management
	Step 3f	Clarifications of any questions the candidate may have
Step 4	Selected candidates will be offered a contract of employment

Non-Aacdemic Positions

An equal amount of importance is given in selecting candidates for a non-academic position as that of the academic positions at Matriarch Global Academy. Matriarch not only believes in delivering quality education to the children but also cares as much in creating a conducive atmosphere to work in where the joy of sharing and caring is felt by every individual in the organization.
